SJConnected LLC Waiver of Liability: Active January 2026 – Present

Thank you for choosing SJConnected LLC for your information technology resource, installer, integrator, programmer, and service provider.

“(I)”, “The Client(s)” are “The Releasee(s)” and “The Participant(s)”: the referenced person(s), family, residence, spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and/or business(es) on the invoice documentation before, during, while, if, and after services are completed.

SJConnected LLC is the qualified service provider.

At no time will SJConnected LLC assume liability for any assets of the client(s).

SJConnected LLC is responsible only for termination, programming, engineering, design, and workmanship of the installation only.

SJConnected LLC workmanship only liability, as referenced above, is valid for 90 days after installation. Workmanship is referenced on a per invoice, per client basis as listed on the invoice. SJConnected LLC does not assume any responsibility for any of the client’s assets before, during, or after work has been completed.

SJConnected LLC liability does not include the physical hardware. All physical hardware liability is assumed by the client and the original equipment manufacturer and OEM warranty process. SJConnected LLC will assist when possible with warranty claims and replacement labor on a case-by-case basis.

Any loss of asset(s), acts of God, power disruption, physical damage, illness(es), disabilities, injury, and/or death of the client’s person(s), property, and/or assets are not the responsibility or liability of SJConnected LLC.

The Participant(s) hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Participant(s) have carefully read this Agreement, that the Participant(s) fully understands the same, and that the Participant(s) are freely and voluntarily executing the same.

The Participant(s) understands that by signing any invoice from SJConnected LLC, any work performed is governed by this Agreement. The Participant(s) agrees to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Activity Provider (SJCONNECTED LLC, Members, and/or Contractors) for any loss of assets, loss of property, or personal injury that the Participant(s) may sustain while participating in, completing, ordering, or preparing for the work completed as per the Participant(s) invoice.

The Participant(s) have been given the opportunity and have been encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this agreement on the Participant(s) invoice.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties to this Agreement, and the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.

This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

The SJConnected LLC Waiver of Liability is referenced and signed on every completed invoice. This waiver is available for reference at all times on our website, SJConnected.com/waiver.
